This 6″ tap-in style shelf bracket is designed for medium-to-heavy (1/16″ – 3/32″) universal slotted standards that have ½” slots on 1″ centers. Give the bracket a little “tap” with a hammer or rubber mallet for a secure fit. You just might have to “tap” up a little to remove the bracket in the future.
